The Precious Licence

Although I had passed the test, the CAA do not allow you to fly with it until they have checked your credentials and actually sent you the physical licence through the post. When it arrived, I was keen to fly for the first time with a passenger, and booked out one of the fleet for a short jaunt. Pretty soon I was trying to find any opportunity to take to the skies, tempering that idea with the thought that it costs a lot to hire a helicopter.
